Woman, 27, who ‘cut friend’s baby out of her womb killing both had told cops dead child was hers’

A woman who allegedly killed her pregnant friend and cut her unborn baby out of the womb told police that the child was hers.

Taylor Parker, 27, told a Texas trooper in Dekalb on Friday that she had given birth to a baby and that it was not breathing, according to a press release from the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation.

Taylor Parker, 27, was arrested after telling a Texas trooper that she had given birth to a baby and going to the hospital.

The pregnant victim, Reagan Hancock, 22, had already named her unborn child Braxlynn.

Parker and the baby were transported to a hospital in McCurtain County, Oklahoma, where the baby was pronounced dead, the release from Tuesday states.

Agents with the Oklahoma investigation bureau and detectives with the Idabel Police Department went to the hospital and found out about Parker’s story to the Texas trooper.

The law enforcement officials arrested Parker in connection with the death of Reagan Hancock, 22.

Parker is accused of removing the baby at Hancock's home in New Boston, Texas.

Victim Reagan Hancock had a three-year-old daughter and husband.

Reagan Hancock’s mother found her body in her home in New Boston, Texas.

She is charged with murdering Hancock and her child and kidnapping the baby, and is being held at the Idabel City Jail.

On Saturday, Hancock’s mother Jessica Brookes said that she found her daughter’s body.

"Our beautiful daughter Reagan Hancock and her precious unborn baby girl Braxlynn were murdered yesterday by Satan in the flesh,” Brookes said.

Reagan Hancock considered Taylor Parker a friend, according to a PayPal fundraiser.

A PayPal fundraiser stated that "Reagan Hancock and her unborn baby were selfishly killed by someone Reagan considered a friend.”

Hancock had recently written on social media that she was thrilled to welcome her “SWEET BABYGIRL.”

“She already acts like her daddy and big sister. We cannot wait for our Braxlynn Sage to be here. Daddy is definitely outnumbered,” Hancock wrote.

Hancock had a three-year-old daughter and a husband.

Parker’s social media pages reflected that she also had children.
